We are a dedicated non-profit organization working to preserve and promote the rich heritage of India’s textile and needlework traditions—specifically focusing on hand embroidery, appliqué/patchwork, and the intricate art of zari zardozi. Our mission is to empower artisan communities by providing them with sustainable livelihood opportunities while keeping these age-old crafts alive and relevant in the modern world.At the heart of our work is a deep commitment to design innovation and market integration. We collaborate with skilled artisans to create new, contemporary designs that appeal to a broader audience, blending traditional techniques with modern aesthetics. These efforts not only enhance the artisans’ earning potential but also ensure their craft evolves with changing trends. We believe that true empowerment begins with education and opportunity. That’s why we run skill development and training programs, targeting not just practicing artisans but also their families and younger generations. These programs aim to cultivate a new generation of craftspersons who are not only skilled in traditional techniques but are also equipped with knowledge of design, entrepreneurship, and digital literacy.To further support our artisans, we organize regular exhibitions, craft bazaars, and pop-up sales—both locally and nationally—where their work is displayed and sold directly to the public.
